The main issue affecting NSHSS was an inherently disorganized information architecture and a deficient design system. This resulted in a lack of coherence in the structure and presentation of content, creating significant usability challenges for users. Our process began with a thorough website audit to identify deficiencies. Based on these findings, we proposed solutions to address the issues. We focused on restructuring the website architecture to enhance the user experience and developed a consistent design system to optimize usability and the online experience.
